Terms of service
Effective 24 September 2026. These terms describe the Arbitraize business software offered by Orichalque. Contact contact@arbitraize.com for questions.
Service
Arbitraize helps a company team organize customer complaints, examine competing arguments and evidence, and prepare a response. The company chooses whether an eligible draft requires approval or may be sent automatically under its settings. The company remains responsible for its customer relationship, recipient choices and final response.
The software does not provide legal advice or professional representation. An AI ruling is an assessment, has no automatic binding effect, and cannot move money. A suggested outcome is a proposal until the relevant parties explicitly accept it.
Accounts and authority
Use a verified work email and accurate company information. The company account owner controls billing and automatic sending settings. Each case participant has separate access rights. A sponsor does not gain access to another participant’s private preparation merely by paying for the service.
Subscription and trial
Starter is $89 per month including 10 cases, then $9 for each additional case. Growth is $249 per month including 30 cases, then $7 for each additional case. Enterprise terms are agreed separately. Each self-service plan has a seven-day trial with its stated included case allowance and a payment method collected before the first assessment. Trial cases above that allowance are not processed as paid overages. The selected subscription starts charging after the trial unless canceled before then. Prices and taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.
One underlying complaint counts when its first usable assessment is delivered. Follow-ups, spam, duplicate events and failed processing do not create an additional case charge. Manage the subscription and cancel through the signed-in billing portal. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal according to the billing portal’s displayed terms.
Customer content
The company must have authority to provide complaint emails and evidence to the service and to instruct any outbound response. It must review recipient addresses and comply with its own duties toward customers. The company should not send excluded sensitive matters into automatic handling. Submitted emails, websites and documents are treated as case evidence, not instructions to the system.
Limits and support
AI assessments can be incomplete or mistaken. Material uncertainty and sensitive matters are referred for human review by the company. Arbitraize cannot observe a customer reply that is not copied to its intake address. The company can pause automation in its dashboard. Contact contact@arbitraize.com for access, billing or service issues.
