ARBITRAIZE

Privacy notice

Effective 24 September 2026. Orichalque, 26 Rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France, operates Arbitraize. For privacy requests, email contact@arbitraize.com.

Information handled

For account and billing administration, we handle work email addresses, company details, authentication events, subscription identifiers and support correspondence. For the case service, we handle complaint emails, message headers, attachments, participant identity, case evidence, discussions, AI assessments, drafts, send decisions and audit events supplied or authorized by the company and participants.

Why information is used

We use account information to provide access, billing, service support and security. We use case information to reconstruct and assess a complaint, prepare a draft response, support authorized mediation participation, record decisions and prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions. Automated assessments do not bind parties or execute payments. The company decides whether to authorize external sending under its settings.

Who receives it

Access to case information is limited by organization, participant side and disclosure choice. The service uses Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL, OpenAI for AI processing, Postmark for case email, Stripe for billing, Vercel for the website and Render for application services. These providers may process information in locations outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards. A company customer may also receive a response that the company explicitly authorizes or that falls within its selected automatic policy.

Retention and rights

We retain account and case records while needed to provide the subscription, handle the underlying dispute, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. A company or person concerned can request access, correction or deletion through contact@arbitraize.com. We will assess the request against applicable rights, other participants’ rights and recordkeeping duties. If a company supplied your complaint, you can also contact that company directly.

You may raise a privacy concern with the French data protection authority, the CNIL. For a fuller explanation of information rights, see CNIL guidance.
